INTRODUCTION

Well, if you’ve been looking around or have even taken part in any online activity related to internet marketing, affiliate marketing, etc., you may have heard of this guy —-> Jimmy Kim.

And, you have also likely heard of his well-known mentor, Anik Singal.

“Build My List” is a well-priced program that helps teach you the basics of email marketing. If you’ve ever heard of the term “The Money’s In The List,” this program offers to help you “put it all together.”

PROS & CONS

We’ll take the Pros and Cons in that order.

PROS:

Price: The number one reason why I chose to buy this product over another offer (currently being heavily advertised on Facebook: Mike Dillard’s Product) is the price! There is a huge difference in price between the two. Obviously, Jimmy’s product is targeting newbies and those who either don’t have the cash or don’t want to spend that kind of cash to learn about email marketing – whereas Mike Dillard’s product is targeting a more exclusive group of marketers or newbies who do have that kind of cash, don’t mind spending that kind of cash, and/or just want a higher priced product. (Mike Dillard’s product was priced at a “bargain” rate of $1,497.00 …if you acted fast.)

Now, this is not to say they are the exact same product, no, not at all. And, yes, they are obviously two different people. But, they are both addressing “Email Marketing,” a well-known way to generate cash online and without the need of building a blog or a website. This is Affiliate Marketing “Direct.”

Software: Seeing that, yes, I have heard of both Jimmy Kim and Anik Singal before, I know that they are two of the many successful affiliate marketers “out there.” And, I have, personally, been looking for a little program that would help me “build my list” simply because this is yet another avenue to help “Build Passive Income and Wealth.”  So, in keeping with the theme of this blog, and knowing what I wanted to do, yes, I happily purchased this product after coming across it in my research.

Guarantee: Yes, this is a JVZoo Product, and yes, it’s “guaranteed.” The people who promote legitimate products such as this really do not have an interest in ripping people off…. seriously. If you do try the product, and you don’t like the product, there is a 30 day guarantee. For myself, no, I do not intend on trying the product only to ask for my money back. So, no, I cannot say with certainty, and for the sake of this review, that they will give you your money back. But, it is stated, and I rather doubt they’d want any negative publicity or reviews since this is the very niche they’re in. This product is geared specifically for Affiliate Marketers and those who want to learn.

Support: After I joined Build My List, and began viewing the tutorial videos, Jimmy and his partner, Tim, both remind students that there is support available. There is also a Facebook (Private) Group to join for help and support with other members who have purchased this product. I have joined the Facebook Group, and yes, I now have a place to go to learn any other little tid-bits that will help me continue learning about the wonderful world of Affiliate Marketing, working from home, earning money from the internet, and freeing my time to do other things!

CONS:

Seriously, I can’t think of one… I know what I purchased. It is what I expected it to be, and I paid a reasonable price for it. I also paid for, and received, the additional features of the “Pro” version. The absolute only things I can think of, at this point, involves three different things: sometimes Jimmy talks too fast, some of the training videos did not exactly match the actual software (I’m told they are updating), and some of the audio was recorded too low causing me to turn up my speakers to 100% on a few of Tim’s videos. But, seriously, those are relatively minor things… really. So, while I keep trying to think of any “cons,” I’ll move on for now… If I do think of anything, or, as I learn and use this program myself, if I come across anything that may be a con or a negative aspect of purchasing this product, I will come back and update this section.

WHO IT IS FOR:

In my opinion, this product is definitely for Newbies and Intermediates!! If you are an “Advanced” Affiliate Marketer, you may still enjoy the program to review and to learn about any updates or other little tidbits that may help you as well with your email marketing campaigns. This particular product relies heavily on a brand new AutoResponder that few people know about (at the time of this writing), and yes, I will be doing another Review on that as well in the future.  So, for you Advanced people, you may want to check that out too! TRAINING & TOOLS OVERVIEW:

Well, the software has numerous videos, examples of landing pages, emails, and written text. It is straightforward in its presentation beginning with a Welcome video, and multiple videos going through each of the Five Main Steps of building a list.

The Pro version unlocks the additional features of the BLM Brander, a free digital report provided to you for your use as a free give-away with your affiliate links. There are also additional Power Calls that you can listen to, a $25k Case Study, Bonus Training, a BML Brander Tool which hones in on key words, Brandable Gifts, More Bonuses, a FAQ Section, along with the link to Support provided in the basic package.

SUPPORT

As you can see in the picture above, yes, Build My List has Support people ready, willing, and able to help you out. There are stated times, of course, and there could be a 24 to 48 hour response time. Currently, however, they are responding quite quickly, and from what I understand, it is currently the same day response time (during work hours).

With regard to contacting Jimmy Kim or Tim Donovan, personally, I was not provided a direct link or direct e-mail to either one of the two owners. Since they do have support people, it is unlikely, and unrealistic, to expect that the owners will respond to each support request – personally. However, I do know, for a fact, that Jimmy responds to the Facebook Group since he just responded to one of my comments that I had posted just today. In addition, if you do purchase the Elite 10 week course, you will enjoy direct contact with those in Jimmy’s Inner Circle, including Jimmy himself.

FINAL OPINION/VERDICT

As mentioned, I did purchase this product, and I received a bit more than what I expected. I am enjoying the videos, and I will take time going through all of the Bonuses and extra information provided. I am looking forward to finally “Building My List,” and yes, I will also come back to report what I did in terms of traffic, and how I fared. So, please check back!

In short, and in my humble opinion, I do not think the price is cost prohibitive, and I do invite you to try this out for yourself if you are at all interested in List Building, Affiliate Marketing, and working from home. For me, this is another method to help build passive income, and yes, that’s why you’re here as well.
